When signing up for a service, you will notice that you have to enter a Zip/Postal Code for your account details.
Please enter six zeros with no spaces in the Zip Code field e.g. 000000. Also, make sure you select your Country from the drop-down list.
Enter your phone number without hyphens e.g. 1234567890.
